Description
Vorrichtung zum Einführen von Schüttgut in einen Druckluftförderer. Bei der Vorrichtung nach dem Patent 402237 der K1. 81e sind die Leitflächen der Düse so gebogen, daß sie vom Förderrohr abzweigen, und demnach die Druckluft zum Betrieb der Düse unmittelbar aus dem Förderrohr entnommen wird.Device for introducing bulk material into a compressed air conveyor. Für manche Zwecke ist eine Differenzierung des Luftdruckes in der Düse und im Förderrohr erwünscht, weshalb erfindungsgemäß die Leitflächen der Düse an :ein besonderes Druckluft-Zuleitungsrohr angeschlossen sind. Auf diese Weise wird das Förderrohr entlastet, indem aus ihm nicht mehr die zum Betriebe der Düse erforderliche Druckluft entnommen wird. Die der Düse zugeführte Druckluft dagegen kann hinsichtlich ihrer Stärke nunmehr beliebig geregelt werden. Hier ist zu bemerken, daß es an sich bekannt ist, Zusatzdüsen an eine besondere Druckluftleitung anzuschließen. Die Abb. i und 2 der Zeichnungen stellen die neue Einführungs-Vorrichtung in einem senkrechten Querschnitt und im Grundriß dar. Die Düsenleitung e ist unmittelbar unterhalb der untersten Schrägfläche d im senkrechten Schacht b in der Richtung dieser Schrägfläche geführt. Mit dieser Leitfläche ,parallel läuft die andere Leitfläche h, an welche sich der als Schieber gestaltete Teil,/ anschließt.
