Description
Mechanischer Anlasser für Elektromotoren nach Art einer durch Fliehkräfte betätigten Kupplung. Die erste Forderung für einen mechanischen Kupplungsanlasser für Elektromotoren sind Kupplungskräfte, die das höchste Drehmoment des Motors während des Betriebes übertragen können. Mit Rücksicht auf den Anlaßvorgang ist diese Forderung aber- schwer zu erfüllen. Die üblichen Ausführungn der mechanischen Anlasser arbeiten so, daß zunächst der Elektromotor leer anläuft. Kurz vor Erreichen der Höchstdrehzahl erfolgt mit Hilfe von Schwunggewichten die Kupplung mit der Arbeitsmaschine. Werden die Schwunggewichte nun so bemessen, daß sofort Kupplungskräfte auftreten, welche das größte Drehmoment des Motors übertragen können, so erhält naturgemäß die Arbeitsmaschine mehr oder weniger plötzlich den vollen Stoß dieses Drehmomentes; dementsprechend treten auch im Netz Stromstöße auf.Mechanical starter for electric motors in the manner of a centrifugal force actuated clutch. Praktisch wird also mit Rücksicht auf die Veränderlichkeit des Reibungswiderstandes etwa das i,5fache Normaldrehmoment übertragen werden müssen. Hat die Arbeitsmaschine selbst aber eine gewisse Drehzahl erreicht, so werden weitere Schwunggewichte zum Ansprechen gebracht, welche nicht mit ,der Motorwelle, sondern mit der Welle der Arbeitsmaschine verbunden und in ihrer Drehzahl von dieser abhängig sind.
