Abstract
Description
Das erfindungsgemäße Verschwindscharnier dient dem Öffnen/Schließen von Türen. Neben anderen Bereichen wird es hauptsächlich in der Reinraum technik eingesetzt. Das Verschwindscharnier trägt neben optischen Erforder nissen spezielle Reinhaltungs-/Sauberhaltungserfordernissen Rechnung. Es besteht aus dem Scharnierbügel (1), der Halterung (4) zur Aufnahme von Lagerbuchsen (3), Drehachswelle (5) und dem Scharnierbügel (1), einer Zargendichtung (2) sowie dem türseitigen Gegenstück (8 + 9). Der Scharnierbügel (1) wird zunächst so durch die Zargendichtung (2) gesteckt, daß der kleinere Dichtungsdurchmesser lagerichtig in der ent sprechenden Zargenöffnung zu liegen kommt. Danach werden Lagerbuchsen (3), Drehachswelle (5) und Scharnierbügel (1) montiert. Die Dreh achswelle (5) wird mittels Schrauben (6) so in ihrer Position gehal ten, daß die Wellenenden mit der jeweiligen Halterungsaußenfläche bündig sind.The concealed hinge according to the invention is used to open / close doors.
