Die Sofortbild-Kabine besteht aus den Moduln Gerätemodul 1, Studiomodul 2 und Werbeträgermodul 3. Sie sind in Gestell bauweise gefertigt und beplankt bzw. mit einer Scheibe ver sehen. In dem Gerätemodul 1 sind unter anderem eine Videokame ra 4, ein Monitor 5 und Kaltlichtstrahler 6 angeordnet. Diese Geräte sitzen hinter Fenstern 7 der dem Aufnahmeobjekt 8 zuge wandten Schutzwand 9 des Moduls. Dabei sind die Videokamera 4 und der Monitor 5 unmittelbar nebeneinander, vorzugsweise ho rizontal, angeordnet und von 4 Kaltlichtstrahlern 6 umgeben. Ein weiterer Kaltlichtstrahler 6 ist zusätzlich im oberen Be reich der Schutzwand 9 angeordnet. Der Gerätemodul 1 ist mit tels nicht näher dargestellter Schnellverschlüsse mit dem Stu diomodul 2 verbunden. In diesem ist ein höhenverstellbarer Schalensitz 10 fest installiert, auf dem das Aufnahmeobjekt 8 relativ ortsunveränderlich postiert ist. Es wird nach Pro grammstart, z. B. mittels Münzeinwurf in einen nicht näher dargestellten Münzapparat, von den Kaltlichtstrahlern 6 ausge leuchtet. Ein zusätzlicher Strahler 7 an der Decke 11 dient der Raumbeleuchtung vor dem Programmstart. Zwei weitere Kalt lichtstrahler sind ober- und unterhalb des Aufnahmeobjekts an der Rückwand 12 des Studiomoduls 2 angeordnet und verhindern Schattenwurf. Der Kabinenbenutzer kann nach Münzeinwurf und entsprechender sinnbildgestützter Programmauswahl sich bei echten Beleuchtungsverhältnissen unter Zuhilfenahme des höhen verstellbaren Sitzantriebs bequem postieren und das Ergebnis am Monitor 5 kontrollieren und korrigieren. Ist er mit seinem Abbild zufrieden, betätigt er über eine nicht näher darge stellte Fernauslösung an den Armlehnen des Schalensitzes 10 den Auslöser der Kamera 4. Obwohl er auch jetzt noch vor dem Ausdrucken durch einen nicht näher dargestellten Videoprinter eine neue Aufnahme machen kann, bleiben ihm doch viele fru stierende Fehlversuche erspart.
