Abstract
Description
In den bisherigen medizinischen Methoden werden zur Behandlung z. B. von Knochenbrüchen oder rheumatischen Erkrankungen Magnetfelder benutzt, deren Erzeugung mit stromdurch flossenen Spulen erreicht wird. Hierzu wird z. B. die 50 Hz Netzfrequenz benutzt, die über einen Gleichrichter und anschließenden Zerhacker den gewünschten Wechselstrom zwischen 6 und 24 Hz erzeugt. Bei dieser Methode werden die zu behandelnden Gliedmaßen, wie Arme oder Beine bzw. auch Hüften, von den elektrischen Spulen - die von der Form her einer Röhre entsprechen - umschlossen, damit das entstehende Magnetfeld auf die erkrankten Stellen einwirken kann (s. Medizinisch-orthopädische Technik 2/78 Seite 35-36). In vielen Fällen, z. B. der Entzündung der Halswirbelsäule oder dem Kugelgelenk der Schulter, ist dieses Verfahren nur durch einen technisch außerordentlichen Aufwand und dann nur begrenzt erreichbar. Da weiterhin, z. B. bei der Anwendung an der Halswirbelsäule, das Gerät über den Kopf angesetzt werden müßte, würde die Röhre außerdem Größen im Durchmesser annehmen müssen, so daß eine wirksame Einwirkung des erzeugten Magnetfeldes auf die Halswirbelsäule völlig unzureichend wäre. Am Schultergelenk wäre eine brauchbare Röhre kaum konstruierbar, bzw. würde sie mit ihrem Magnetfeld am linken Arm eine Gefährdung des Herzens erzeugen, da wegen der Nähe zum Herzen die Schlagfolge des Herzens beeinflußt würde und die Gefahr der Herzrhythmusstörungen besteht. Fig. 1.). Diese Platte wird z. B. durch einen 6 Volt-Motor, der in der Mitte der Platte montiert ist, zur Rotation gebracht, und damit wird durch die Magnete in einem Aufpunkt im bestrahlten Raum ein magnetisches Wechselfeld erzeugt.
