Description

Man nehme einen x-beliebigen Fisch in Größe einer Makrele (deshalb auch Makrelen-Grill-Spieß), ca. 25 bis 40 cm.
Den gesäuberten Fisch mit der Bauchseite auf den Spieß 1 und mit dem Kopf zwischen die Gabel 2 von vorne aufbringen, so daß die Heckflosse vom Griff auf der anderen Seite plaziert ist.
So ist der Fisch fest und sauber angebracht.

Claims (1)

  1. Spieß zum Grillen, Kochen, Braten und Dünsten von Fischen in einer Größenordnung von ca. 15 bis 35 cm Länge, gekennzeichnet durch
    • - die vorhandene Gabel ist der Fisch fest am Spieß befestigt (seitwärts),
    • - das schnellere und hygienische Arbeiten durch den vorhandenen Holzgriff,
    • - die zwei vorhandenen zwei Spieße, verhindern das Abrutschen des Fisches vom Hauptspieß (nach oben, unten),
    • - die Gabel und die beiden Spieße bleibt der Fisch von Anfang bis zur Endgarung ganz und zerfällt nicht.
