Abstract

Über die Öffnung der äußeren Umhüllung 2 ist ein Stülpdeckel 4 gestülpt, der die äußere Umhüllung 2 verschließt. Zur Öffnung des Innenraumes der äußeren Umhüllung 2 kann der Dec kel 4 von der äußeren Umhüllung 2 entfernt werden. In die steife äußere Umhüllung 2 ist ein Beutel 5 eingesetzt. Der Beutel 5 ent hält das Reinigungsmittel und besteht aus einer Kunststoff-Folie. Bei der Kunststoff-Folie handelt es sich um eine Polyethy len(PE)-Mono- oder Verbundfolie. Die Kunststoff-Folie weist eine Durchstoßfestigkeit von größer 65 N und eine Stärke größer gleich 80 µm auf. Der Beutel 5 ist bodenseitig 6 innerhalb der steifen äußeren Umhüllung 2 auf deren Boden 3 angeklebt. Das gegenüber liegende Öffnungsende 7 des Beutels 5 ist zu einer Beutelkrause zusammengerafft und von einem Verschlußband 8 umschlungen. Die Schlinge 9 des Verschlußbandes 8 ist so weit zusammengezogen, daß der Beutel 5 verschlossen ist. Das Verschlußband 8 weist endseitig an einem Ende einen rahmenförmigen Hohlkörper 10 auf, durch dessen Öffnung 11 das andere Verschlußbandende 12 geführt ist. In dem rahmenförmigen Hohlkörper 10 ist ein Kipphebel 13 verschwenkbar gelagert, der in der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Stellung zwischen zwei Querstege 14 eingreift und dadurch ein Zurückschieben des durch die Öffnung 11 des rahmenförmigen Hohlkörpers 10 geführten Ver schlußbandes 8 verhindert. Das Verschlußband 8 weist einseitig eine Vielzahl von Querstegen 14 auf, so daß der Kipphebel zur Ausbildung unterschiedlich großer Schlingen 9 an verschiedenen Stellen des Verschlußbandes 8 einrasten kann. Wie aus der Fig. 4 ersichtlich, die in schematischer Darstellung einen Schnitt durch einen Ausschnittsbereich des Kipphebels 13 und des Verschlußbandes 8 zeigt, sind die Querstege 14 querschnittlich sägezahnförmig aus gebildet und weist der Kipphebel 13 eine Rastnase 15 auf. Mit seiner Rastnase 15 greift der Kipphebel 13 in den Zwischenraum zwischen zwei Querstegen 14 und verhindert ein Hinübergleiten über die steile Flanke 16 des nächstgelegenen Quersteges 14, so daß das Verschlußband nicht in Öffnungsrichtung (Pfeil 17) unter dem Kipp hebel 13 verschoben werden kann. Die Rastnase 15 läßt lediglich eine Bewegung des Verschlußbandes 8 in Verschlußrichtung (Pfeil 18) zu. Hierbei gleitet die Rastnase 15 dann über die jeweilige flach ansteigende Flanke 19 von einem Quersteg 14 zum nächsten Quersteg 14, bis die Schlinge 9 das zusammengeraffte Öffnungsende 7 des Beutels 5 fest verschließt. Zum Öffnen des Verschlußbandes ist der auf einer Achse 20 verschwenkbar gelagerte Kipphebel 13 in Pfeilrichtung 21 nach oben zu verschwenken. Anschließend wird das Verschlußbandende 12 in Pfeilrich tung 24 gezogen, bis die Schlinge 9 das zusammengeraffte Öff nungsende 7 des Beutels 5 fest um- und damit den Beutel 5 ver schließt.
