Abstract

Process uses coded sample bottles with different and separately charged rotary plate sample bottle holders (a) for transporting the yet unfilled sample bottles into the sample taking unit of the milk storage vehicle, (b) for transporting the now filled sample bottles out of the sample taking unit of the milk storage vehicle, and (c) with an intermediate unloading, bottle code reading and filling with representative milk samples on the milk storage vehicle. In the analytical laboratory the up to eg 72 numbered sample bottles in the transport container are warmed, shaken (mixed) and finally removed from the transport container for successive reading of the bottle code and removal of a sample from the sample bottle by a sampling needle in the analytical appts. 1. Verfahren zur Erzielung einer zuverlässigen Ana­ lysegenauigkeit und einer geringeren Probefla­ scheninhaltsentmischung, insbesondere bei der Milchkeimzahlbestimmung, bei Anwendung codierter Probeflaschen mit unterschiedlich und getrennt eingesetzten Drehteller-Probeflaschenbehältern.
  • a) Zum Hin-Transport der noch ungefüllten Pro­ beflaschen in die Probenahme-Vorrichtung am MSW und
  • b) Zum Abtransport ins Analyselabor der schließlich gefüllten Probeflaschen von der Probenahmevorrichtung am MSW und
  • c) Mit einem am MSW dazwischenliegenden Umladen, Flaschencode-Ablesen und Befüllen mit reprä­ sentativer Probemilch,
