Abstract
Description
The paper suspension mulching process is as follows described with the recycling of waste paper and paper products. The paper suspension is made from waste paper and paper products manufactured, which are recyclable. Waste paper is currently being used only partially recycled, and to environmental paper, cardboard and the like Item used again. With environmental awareness, and that Recycle ideas of our society fall more waste paper and Paper products on how the recycle cycle can absorb. The The result is that the waste paper is burned or disposed of in landfills becomes. The disadvantage of burning is the increase in CO₂ Emission, and the greenhouse effect. With landfill disposal, a large landfill area is required and it comes to enormous consequential costs for the general public. In the ones that I thought up Paper suspension mulching process, used paper and paper products used as mulch material on floor surfaces. The waste paper and the recyclable paper products become a paper suspension processed, and through multiple washes of printing inks and pollutants largely exempt. The paper suspension is in containers brought to the areas to be mulched and applied there, so that a closed mulch layer of paper is created.
Paper is currently being rolled up with specially developed and planting machines designed as mulch paper in vegetable growing, and then are plant holes through the paper using punch holes produced by planting vegetables. Has mulching following advantages: the weed is suppressed, and the use of herbicides can be avoided. Avoiding herbicides can restore the natural balance. With the mulching promoted soil life. Loose cultivated soils with mulch material covered, keep their loose, breathable Structure for a long time. This promotes the root growth of the plants. More nutrients are absorbed, which would otherwise go deeper Soil layers are washed out. The mulch cover is reduced the evaporation of soil moisture. It can be irrigated less. This saves water and energy.
In heavy rainfall, mulching prevents the mud from being silted up Floor. The rainwater is slowly seeping into the ground. The washout of water-soluble nutrients in deeper soil layers decreases. Dark mulch materials warm the soil in spring faster, and there is a reduction in culture time. The stake of paper as mulch material in the form of rolls is very limited. The roll paper must be machine-lined and continuous at the edges be covered with soil. This is done so that it does not come from Wind is blown away. The paper suspension mulching process is expanded the recovery of waste paper and recyclable paper products. The Novelty is based on the use of paper suspensions as Mulch material. Paper suspension is used for the production of paper applied to a rotating screen belt and on the way to the heating rollers and the water is extracted from the pressure rollers. At the end of the rotary screen the dried paper layer is removed from the heating rollers and picked up, dried and rolled up on the rollers. Paper is created at the moment when the paper suspension is applied to the screen becomes. The cellulose fibers immediately combine to form a coherent Paper layer. The idea originated this process on the mulched Execute area. That means the paper suspension which is made from waste paper and recyclable paper products in containers e.g. B. Tanker truck brought to the mulch areas. There will the paper suspension with appropriately developed application equipment applied evenly. The floor removes the paper suspension Moisture, and there is a closed, coherent layer of paper as a mulch layer. The advantage over this method Finished roll paper is that the paper suspension adheres to the floor structure put on and inserted, and thus adheres windproof to the ground. The use of paper as mulch material on cultivated areas has been expanded yourself. In existing cultures such as B. in orchards, vineyards, Nurseries or planted borders (highway strips) is that Paper suspension mulch process applicable.
This method can also be used in field vegetable cultivation and agriculture apply. On a ready-to-plant and sowing area, the Paper suspension applied, and then with planters or planted or sown precision single-grain sowing machines. The previously mentioned advantages that mulching has for the environment are also increased because the waste paper and the recyclable Paper products are brought into the natural cycle. After being used as a mulch material, the paper is removed from the soil organisms decomposed and transformed into permanent humus. The paper suspension Depending on the application, additives such as. B. paints, fertilizers, Pesticides or other culture-promoting agents added will.
