Abstract

A combined concrete mixing machine and pump has a cylindrical housing (5) with a connecting flange (2) by which it is connected to the outlet in the floor of the storage silo (1) of the dry aggregate. The dry aggregate is driven by a screw conveyor, which is driven by a motor (3), into a first chamber (16) where water is added. The wet mixture is then pressed against a conical disc (9) and forced through the narrow radial gap between the periphery of the disc and the wall of the housing and into a second chamber (15). This second chamber has an air connection (14) to control the internal porosity of the mixture. USE/ADVANTAGE - Combined concrete mixer and pump with means to control internal porosity.

Claims (6)

1. Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Mischen und Fördern von Mörtel, Putz, Beton oder dergleichen Materialien, bei dem das Material einer Dosiervorrichtung zugeführt und mit Flüssigkeit versetzt, gemischt und gefördert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung in horizontaler, geneigter oder senkrechter Richtung gemischt und gefördert wird und hierbei eine Fließschikane in Form einer Stauscheibe oder eines konisch geformten Tellers zu überwinden hat.1.
