Description
Holzverbindung durch Ringdübel. Bei den Knotenpunkten hölzerner Fachwerkträger sind die durch die bekannten Ringdübel in den Nutenwandungen ausgeübten Drücke z. T. schräg zur Holzfaser gerichtet. Die Abb. 3 zeigt beispielsweise eine übliche Knotenpunktausbildung mit einteiligem Untergurt u und zweiteiligem Schrägstab d. Schrägstab und Untergurt werden durch in Kreisnuten eingelegte Ringdübel und Bolzen miteinander verbunden. DervomRingdübelauf die Nutwandungen des Untergurtholze.s ausgeübte Leibungsdruck ist schräg zur Holzfaser gerichtet, während in dem Schrägstab der Leibungsdruck gleichlaufend mit der Faser ist. Zur besseren Ausnutzung des in der Richtung der Holzfasern größeren zulässigen Leibungsdrucks wird deshalb nach der Erfindung die Nuttiefe b in dem Holze, welches auf Leibungsdruck schräg oder quer zur Faser beansprucht wird, größer gewählt als die Nuttiefe a in dem Holze mit Laibungsdruck parallel zur Faser. Das kann entweder, wie es, in der Abb. i veranschaulicht ist, dadurch geschehen, daß bei verschiedener Tiefe der Nuten in den beiden sich berührenden Hölzern doch die Nut in jedem einzelnen Holz gleichmäßig ausgebildet wird, so daß der Dübel von durchweg gleichbleibender Breite verschieden tief in die beiden Hölzer von deren Berührungsfläche c aus eingelassen wird, oder er wird nach Abb. 2 die Nut in dem auf Leibungsdruck schräg oder quer zur Faser beanspruchten Holze mit veränderlicher Tiefe ausgebildet, und zwar so, daß die entsprechenden breiteren Teile des Ringdübels an den Stellen zu liegen kommen, wo der Leibungsdruck quer zur Faser auftritt.Wood connection through ring dowels.
