Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Wärmeschutzmantel für Dampfkessel, Kochkessel und ähnliche gegen Wärmeverluste zu schützende Gefäße. Derartige Kessel oder Gefäße werden bekanntlich miit Wärmeschutzmassen, wie Filz oder ähnlichen Faserstoffen, Kieselgur usw. bekleidet, und diese Bekleidung wird dann durch Blechplatten festgehalten.
