Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Stutzen aus der vollen Wandung von Hohlkörpern mit Hilfe von Stempel und Kugeln.Device for the production of nozzles from the full wall of Hollow bodies. Sie besteht darin, daB zur Aufnahme und Führung der Kugeln ein in den Hohlkörper eingesetztes, mit einem Kanal versehenes Kernstück dient, der entsprechend der Lage der Stutzenachse zur Achse des ursprünglichen Hohlkörpers verläuft. Gegenüber bekannten Einrichtungen, die ein Kernstück zur Aufnahme der Kugeln nicht besitzen, weist der Gegenstand der Erfindung den Vorteil auf, daß gleichzeitig mehrere Kugeln von geringen Abweichungen im Durchmesser Anwendung finden können, so daß bei einem einzigen Vorgang des Stempels ein allmähliches Auspressen des Stutzens in die gewünschte Form bewirkt werden kann.It consists in the fact that an in the hollow body inserted, provided with a channel core piece is used, which accordingly the position of the nozzle axis to the axis of the original hollow body. Der Kanal m im Kernstück g wird mit Kugeln f gefüllt, auf welche der Preßstempel h in Pfeilrichtung i wirkt. Mittels des Preßstempels h wird durch die Kugeln t die außer in der Öffnung e des Preßtopfes allseitig eingespannte Rohrwandung ausgebeult und zum Rohrstutzen n ausgepreßt. Zur Erleichterung des Pressens und zur Vermeidung eines Reißens der Wandung wird das Rohr n vorher in der Mitte des anzupressenden Stutzens mit einem kleinen Loch versehen. Die freiliegende, auszupressende Wandung wird durch eine Stichflamme k durch das Loch s in der Pfeilrichtung l angewärmt. Nacherfolgter Pressung wird das Kernstückg aus dem Rohre a entfernt; das Rohr a samt den Backen b und c -wird dann aus dem Preßtopfe d herausgehoben, und die Backen b und c werden vom gepreßten Rohre abgenommen. Die Stutzen können in beliebiger Anzahl und Stellung angepreßt werden.
