Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dichtwand.The invention relates to a method for producing a Sealing wall.
Durch die deutsche OS 36 27 872 ist eine Mischvorrichtung be kannt, mit der eine Dichtwandmasse mit hohem Feststoffgehalt in eine in einem Dichtwandschlitz vorhandene Suspension einge bracht wird. Die Mischvorrichtung besteht aus einem länglichen Gestell, in dem über eine Förderleitung die Dichtwandmasse ei nem Verteilerrohr und von dort wiederum mehreren Austrittsroh ren zugeleitet wird. Nachteilig bei dieser Mischvorrichtung ist vor allem, daß neben dem Gerät zur Herstellung des Erdschlitzes, einem Schlitzwand greifer oder einer Schlitzwandfräse, eine zusätzliche Geräte einrichtung zum Einbringen der Dichtwandmasse und zum Mischen erforderlich ist. Weiterhin haben Versuche gezeigt, daß das verteilte Einbringen der Dichtwandmasse in die Stützsuspension, auch wenn es noch durch Rührwerkzeuge, wie in der OS 36 27 872 erwähnt, unterstützt wird, keine in allen Bereichen des Erd schlitzes homogene Durchmischung bewirken kann.The main disadvantage of this mixing device is that in addition to the device for producing the earth slot, a diaphragm wall gripper or a trench cutter, an additional device device for introducing the bulkhead mass and for mixing is required. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Erdschlitz 2 in einem vertikalen Längs
schnitt, in dem eine Schlitzwandfräse 1 den Aushub bis zur End
teufe 14 fertiggestellt hat. Der Erdschlitz 2 ist mit einer
Stützflüssigkeit 3, beispielsweise einer Bentonitsuspension,
bis zur Oberfläche 6 gefüllt. Im oberen Bereich der Stütz
flüssigkeit 3 wird die Zuführungsleitung 4 zum Einbringen ei
nes Bindemittels 7 und/oder von Feststoffen 8 eingetaucht. Der
Pumpenförderschlauch 10 ist von der Regenerieranlage abgekop
pelt und ist ebenfalls unmittelbar neben der Zuführungsleitung
4 in die Stützflüssigkeit 3 eingetaucht. Die Austrittsöffnungen
5 und 11 liegen auf gleicher Höhenlage. Dadurch findet in die
sem Bereich sofort eine intensive Durchmischung statt. Die
Pumpe 9 der Schlitzwandfräse 1 fördert aus dem tieferen Bereich
des Erdschlitzes 2 die Stützflüssigkeit 3 über den Pumpenför
derschlauch 10 nach oben. Hierbei werden vorzugsweise Pumpen
leistungen zwischen 200 und 300 m3/h eingestellt. Bei einem
Großversuch in einem Erdschlitz mit den Abmessungen L/B/H=
2,80/0,60/30 m, also mit einem Suspensionsvolumen von ca.
50 m3 wurden 12 t Zement in 30 min über die Zuführungslei
tung 4 zugegeben. Hierbei leistete die Förderpumpe 9 i. M.
250 m3/h, also in der Zeit von 30 min ca. 125 m3. Während
des Einblasens des Zements wurde also das Suspensionsvolumen
ca. 2,5 mal umgepumpt. Schon dabei wurde eine sehr gleichmäßi
ge Durchmischung zwischen Stützflüssigkeit 3 und Bindemittel 7
erreicht. Eine weitere Homogenisierung der Durchmischung wur
de erreicht, indem nach der Beendigung der Zementzugabe die
Mischung weitere 30 min mit einer Pumpenleistung von 250 m3/h
umgepumpt wurde. Hierbei wurde die Schlitzwandfräse mehrmals
aus der tiefsten Lage in die höchste Lage und umgekehrt bewegt.
Durch gleichzeitiges Drehen der Fräsräder 13 in Richtung der
Eintrittsöffnung 12 der Förderpumpe 9 wurde bewirkt, daß die
Suspension aus allen Randbereichen in den Umpumpprozeß einbe
zogen wurde.

Claims (11)
- a) der Aushub erfolgt mit einer Schlitzwandfräse (1), wo bei der Erdschlitz (2) in bekannter Weise durch eine Stützflüssigkeit gestützt wird,
- b) über eine Zuführungsleitung (4), deren Austrittsöff nung (5) unterhalb der Oberfläche (6) der Stützflüs sigkeit (3) angeordnet ist, werden Bindemittel (7) und/oder Feststoffe (8) in die Stützflüssigkeit (3) eingebracht,
- c) mit der Förderpumpe (9) der Schlitzwandfräse (1) wird die Stützflüssigkeit (3) aus dem Erdschlitz (2) abge pumpt und über den Pumpenförderschlauch (10) in den Erdschlitz (2) zurückgeführt, wobei die Höhenlage der Austrittsöffnung (11) des Pumpenförderschlauchs (10) gegenüber der Eintrittsöffnung (12) der Förderpumpe (9) unterschiedlich ist.
