Description

Verfahren und Verrichtung zur Herstellung von Eisenbahnradreifen. Es ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Eisenbahnradreifen bekannt geworden, bei dem das hertiglochen und Aufweiten von gestauchten und vorgelochten Rohblöcken mittels langen kegeligen Dorns geschieht. Das Pressen .des Spurkranzes kann entweder sofort mit dem Stauchen des Rohblockes im :ersten Arbeitsgang oder erst nach dem Lochen und Rufweiten hm Fertiglochgesenk erfolgen, das sich im Untersattel der Presse befindet. Weiterhin ist gemäß` der Erfindung der Obersattel der Presse in bekannter Weise unterteilt worden. Letzterer wird aber durch den Verschiebetisch der Presse in der Weise verschoben, daß ein im verschiebbaren Untersattel befestigter Zapfen in ein entsprechendes Loch des Obersattels eingreift und letzteren mitnimmt. An dein beweglichen Obersattel wird der kegelige Dorn zum Rufweiten des Radreifens befestigt. Weiterhin ist an dem Obersattel der Druck- und Abstreifrahmen mittels nach außen einknickender Kniehebel befestigt, 'und der Rahmen tritt mit dem Untergesenk züm Abstreifen .des Radreifens in feste Verbindung.
