Description
Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Nabe und Welle. Bei den bisherigen Verbindungen einer Nabe mit einer Welle, deren gebräuchlichste Keil und Stellschraube sind, besteht der Übelstand, daß der oder die Träger der Verbindung weder mit der Welle noch mit der Nabe so verbunden sind, daß nicht bei Lösung der Verbindung ein Bestandteil desselben, z. B. Keil, Stellschraube, Stift usw., verlorengehen kann. Dies ist hauptsächlich bei Verbindttrigen kleiner Maschinenteile, z. B. solchen der Feinmechanik, ein empfindlicher Mangel. Durch die Erfindung wird dieser Mangel beseitigt, da die, neue Verbindung ohne Anwendung von Werkzeugen leicht lösbar und wiederherstellbar ist, ohne daß ihre Bestandteile frei werden und verlorengehen können, Nach der Erfindung wird ein als offener Ring ausgebildeter Runddraht, dessen eines Ende winkelrecht zu dem Ring abgebogen ist, mit seinem Ringteil in Ringnuten, mit seinem geraden Teil in Längsnuten der Welle und der Nabe eingelegt. Dabei ist die Ringnut auf der Welle so tief, daß der Ringteil der Vorrichtung bis auf den Wellendurchmesser zusammengedrückt werden kann und dann die Nabe seitlich verschoben, also abgezogen werden kann. Um ein leichteres oder schwereres Abziehen der Nabe zu erreichen, wird die Ringnut in der Nabe entweder dreieckig: oder halbrund ausgebildet. Der Ringteil der Vorrichtung ist ein nicht ganz geschlossener Kreis, so daß die Vorrichtung nach dem Einsetzen nicht mehr ohne Absicht von der Welle lösbar ist.Device for connecting hub and shaft.
