Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein aufliegendes Möbelschloß, das sich durch eine außerordentlich flache Form, große Einfachheit und Billigkeit auszeichnet, trotzdem aber sehr stabil ist undi die gleiche Sicherheit wie die gebräuchlichen Schlösser besitzt. Infolge der sehr flachen Form ist das neue Schloß fast in der gleichen Weise wie ein Einlaßschloß zu benutzen, ohne daff ein Ausstemmen des Hol-_ ίο zes erforderlich ist, wodurch an Arbeit gespart und das Material nicht geschwächt wird. Ein weiterer Vorzug des neuen Schiasses besteht darin, daß das Innenwerk vollständig geschlossen und ein Stülp nicht erforderlich ist, obwohl ein solcher aber auch vorgesehen werden kann. In der das flache Schloßgehäuse abschließenden) Decke ist die das Schlüsselloch umgebende Fläche kreisförmig hochgezogen, so daß trotz der flachen Schloßform ein Schlüssel mit normaler Barthöhe benutzt werden kann. Dieser durch Hochziehen der Schloßdecke gebildete _;kreisförmige Vorsprung des Schlosses findet in einer entsprechenden Aussparung des Holzes Platz, die in der einfachsten Weise mittels eines Zentrumbohrers herstellbar ist. Das neue Schloß kann ohne oder mit Zuhaltungen in beliebiger Anzahl ausgebildet werden. In letzterem Falle werden diese zweckmäßig innerhalb des kreisförmigen Hohlraumes der Decke untergebracht.
