Abstract

Two components of a mixt., esp. an adhesive, are held in the sections (7,8) of a hollow cylinder and normally kept apart by an intermediate partition (2). A descendable plunger (6) in the cylinder forces both components into a nozzle (9), wherein the component are mixed, e.g. using an internal aperture worm, for discharge from the nozzle end. The leading end of the plunger has a diametrical slot (3) through which the partitions progressively passes to accumulate in a hollow chamber (5) within the plunger, whose leading edge acts as a cutter.
