Description
Spulen, die mit hoher Leistung beaufschlagt werden, müssen im allge meinen gekühlt werden. Die Kühlung wird dann problematisch, wenn gleichzeitig eine hohe Spannungsfestigkeit gegenüber anliegenden Kühl körpern oder weiteren Wicklungen obligatorisch ist.Coils that are subjected to high power must generally mean to be chilled. Nach dem Stand der Technik wurde das Problem in der Weise gelöst, daß die Spule in einen gut wärmeleitenden Trog aus Keramik, z.B. Berylliumoxid eingebettet und dann eingegossen wurde. Hierbei erga ben sich Schwierigkeiten wegen der unterschiedlichen Wärmeausdehnungs koeffizienten von Keramik und Vergußmasse. Außerdem ist der Kontakt zwischen Keramiktrog und Kühlfläche nur durch Wärmeleitpaste optimal zu dimensionieren. Es konnte nun gefunden werden, daß neuartige, spritzgußtechnisch verarbeitbare gut wärmeleitende Kunststoffe (Handels name SARCON) die Nachteile eines Keramiktroges absolut vermeiden. Dieser Kunststoff behält eine gewisse Elastizität (Shore-Härte A 80), so daß unter einem gewissen Druck sich der Trog ohne Luftspalt an die Kühlfläche anpaßt.According to the prior art, the problem was solved in such a way that the coil was embedded in a heat-conducting trough made of ceramic, for example beryllium oxide, and then cast in.
