Abstract

The mounting uses perpendicular side cheeks (5) fitted to the rear of the antenna (1,1a,2) cooperating with two parallel perpendicular cheeks (13) supported from an antenna mast (17). The antenna side cheeks (5) can pivot relative to the mast support cheeeks (13) about a horizontal axis (7) lying at the centre of curvature of a pair of elongate guide arcs (15,16). Screws (28) are clamped between the two cooperating cheeks (5,13). Pref. each antenna cheek (5) has a central pivot pin (9) fitting into an angled guide slot (14) in one of the mast support cheeks (13).
