Abstract

The inner cleaning for branched pipelines and connected units involves flushing them with a liq. cleaning agent. Flushing of several pipes and/or units is carried out in parallel from a common source for the agent. The flow rate through each part w.r.t. the total is adjustable to suit individual requirements. A pressure difference is pref. maintained between the inlet and outlet for the agent such as to ensure wetting of the inner surfaces on all sides.
