Description
Anlaßgasverteiler für mehrzylindrige Verbrennungskraftmaschinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung bei mehrzylindrigen Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, um das zum Anlassen derselben verwendete Gas in mittels eines Meßgefäßes abgemessener Menge auf die einzelnen Motorzylinder richtig zu verteilen. Diese abgemessene Verteilung erfolgt gemäß der Erfindung mittels eines längsverschiebbaren und zur Einstellung auf die verschiedenen Zylinder schrittweise drehbaren Steuerkolbens, der in einer Achsialstellung den Gaseinlaß mit dem Meßgefäß, in einer andern das Meßgefäß mit dem der Winkelstellung des Steuerkolbens entsprechenden Zylinder in Verbindung bringt.Starting gas distributor for multi-cylinder internal combustion engines. the The invention relates to a device in multi-cylinder internal combustion engines, around the gas used for starting the same in measured by means of a measuring vessel Correctly distribute the amount to the individual engine cylinders. In einer zylindrischen Büchse a, welche an einem Ende in ein Meßgefäß b von bestimmtem Fassungsvermögen eingeschraubt, am anderen Ende durch ein Kopfstück c abgeschlossen ist, ist ein zylindrischer Steuerkolben d untergebracht, dessen Stange dl durch das Kopfstück c nach außen tritt, und welcher mittels eines auf der Stange dl befestigten Knopfes e von Hand in der Büchse a längsverschiebbar und schrittweise drehbar ist. Die schrittweise Drehung des Steuerkolbens wird durch am Kopfstück c angebrachte Zähne cl und einen am Knopf e angeordneten Sperrstift e1 gesichert. Eine auf den Steuerkolben drückende Feder f hält den Stift e1 in Eingriff mit den Zähnen cl. Die Büchse a ist am Umfang mit mehreren Anschlüssen g (Abb. 2) für die Zylinder des Motors und mit einem Anschlußstutzen h füreineAnlaßgasleitungversehen. DieZylinderanschlüsse g, deren Zahl der Anzahl der Motorzylinder entspricht, münden innen durch radiale Bohrungen g1. Der Steuerkolben d weist eine achsiale Bohrung i auf, die mit dem Meßgefäß b in Verbindung steht und durch eine radiale Bohrung il seitlich am Kolben ausmündet. Der Anschlußstutzen lt steht am inneren Ende mit einer Ringrille k in Verbindung. Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist folgende Der Steuerkolben d wird mittels des Knopfes e zunächst so weit achsial zurückgezogen, daß seine radiale Bohrung il auf die Ringrille k zu stehen kommt. In dieser Achsialstellung, die durch Auflegen des Stiftes e1 des Knopfes e auf eine Zahnrast dss Kopfstückes c gesichert wird, strömt das Anlaßgas vom Stutzen h durch die Ringrille k und die Bohrungen il, i in das Meßgefäß b. Die so abgemessene Gasmenge wird dann bei Drehen und Vorgehenlassen des Steuerkolbens d durch Vermittlung derselben Bohrungen i, il aus dem Meßgefäß durch den betreffenden Anschluß g, gegenüber welchen die Bohrung il zu stehen gekommen ist, in den entsprechenden Motorzylinder übertreten gelassen.
