Description
Vorrichtung zum genauen konzentrischen Einstellen des Luftspaltes bei elektrischen Maschinen. Besonders bei Drehstrommotoren ist es zur Verbesserung des cos y erwünscht, den Luftspalt klein zu halten. Um dies zu ermöglichen, ist eine genaue konzentrische Einstellung desselben notwendig.Device for precise concentric adjustment of the air gap in electrical machines. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nun eine Vorrichtung, durch die bei Maschinen mit Lagerschildausführung in einfacher Weise der Luftspalt eingestellt werden kann. An Hand der beiliegenden Abbildungen soll ein Ausführungsbeispiel beschrieben werden. Es bedeutet .cr die Welle der Maschine, a den Teil des Lagerschildes, der an das Ständergehäuse angeschraubt wird, und der bei den üblichen Ausführungen im Gegensatz zu unserer Erfindung mit dem Lager aus einem Stück hergestellt wird. An diesen Teil wird mit den Schrauben d ein Ring c festgeschraubt, der das Lager l trägt. Am Teil a befinden sich außerdem drei oder mehr angegossene Vorsprünge b, in die die Schrauben e eingebracht werden. Der Vorgang beim Montieren und Einstellen der Welle ist folgender: Der Ring c wird zuerst mit den Schrauben d lose befestigt, so daß ein Verschieben desselben mit Hilfe der Einstellschrauben e möglich ist. Es muß entsprechend dieser Verschiebung die Bohrung 'für die Schraubend im Ringe c etwas größer gemacht werden. Ist der Luftspalt durch Verschiebung der Muttern f und h genau eingestellt, so werden die Schraubend fest angezogen. Das zweite Lager der Maschine muß mit einer ähnlichen Vorrichtung versehen werden.The invention now relates to a device by means of which the air gap can be adjusted in a simple manner in machines with a bearing shield design.
