Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anhängezugvorrichtung mit abnehmbarer Kugelstange für KFZ. Bei den bisher eingesetzten Konstruktionen werden federbelastete Verriegelungsbolzen mit axialer Bewegung verwendet. Da die Federn relativ stark sein müssen, ist der benötigte Konstruktions raum entsprechend groß. Zudem trägt der Bolzen nur einseitig. Er muß also entsprechend dick ausgeführt werden. Der Erfinder hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, diese Nachteile zu eliminieren. Er schlägt vor, im festen Teil gegenüberliegende senkrechte Nuten im hinteren Bereich der Einsteckbohrung für die Kugelstange anzuordnen, in dem sich ein federbelasteter Bolzen auf- und abbewegt.The invention relates to a towing device with removable Ball bar for cars. Der Hebel wird in dieser Lage durch eine Sperre festgehalten. An der Kugelstange ist ein Gegenelement. Die Sperre 5 hält den Hebel 4 und damit den Bolzen 4 hoch. Das Kugelstangenende kann mit seinem Ausschnitt 6 unter den Bolzen 4 gleiten. Die Sperre 5 wird durch den an der Kugelstange befestigten Auslöser 7 weggedrückt und der Hebel 3 kann sich durch die Federkraft der Feder 8 um den Punkt 9 drehen. Der Bolzen 4 gleitet in den Ausschnitt 6. Die Kugelstange hat am Ende einen weiteren Ausschnitt 10, in dem der Bolzen 11, der im festen Gehäuse sitzt, sich im Auslösemoment be findet. So ist der feste Teil gegen Herausziehen und Drehen gesichert. Die Sperre 12 setzt sich nach dem Einrasten unter den Hebel 3 und arretiert denselben. Da die Gabel 13 den Bolzen 4 einschließt, ist derselbe ebenfalls gegen Herausspringen gesichert. Diese Konstruktion ist sehr sicher, da zum Zeitpunkt des Auslösens des Hebels 3 und damit des Bolzens 4 die Kugelstange in der Position ist, in der mit Sicherheit der Bolzen 4 in die Nut 6 der Kugelstange einrastet.
