Die Erfindung betrifft ein Hilfsgerät für Träger eines künstlichen Armes bei Benutzung eines Spatens o:dgl. und besteht darin, daß ein starrer Haltebügel vorhanden ist, der mit seinem einen Ende an einen, von einem Schulterriemen gehaltenen Brustgurt zweckmäßig gelenkig angeschlossen ist -und eine zum Anschluß des Bügels an den künstlichen Arm dienende Riemenschelle nahe dem anderen Bügelende trägt, an welchem letzteren selbst ein Haken zur Erfassung und Führung des Spatenstiels .angeordnet ist, dessen Bewegung durch einen, auf dem letzteren aufsetzbaren Anschlagring begrenzt ist. Der Vorteil des so beschaffenen Hilfsgerätes liegt erstens in der Einfachheit der Bauart, zweitens in dem dauernd guten Sitz und drittens darin, daß das Gerät dauernd unter Entwicklung einer möglichst großen Arbeitsleistung gebraucht werden kann.Auxiliary device for wearers of an artificial arm when using one Spade o.
