Abstract
Description
Titel der Erfindung
Pulverförmige Korrosionsschutzmittel, vorzugsweise für Bewehrungsstahl
in BetonTitle of the invention
Powdered anti-corrosion agents, preferably for reinforcing steel in concrete
wo an Korrosionsschutzmittel keine ästhetischen Anforderungen
gestellt werden.Field of application of the invention
The invention relates to powdered corrosion protection agents for the protection of reinforcing steel in building materials and components made of silicate concrete, which do not ensure permanent passivation of the reinforcing steel. They can also be used where there are no aesthetic requirements for corrosion protection agents.
Characteristic of the known technical solutions
According to WP C 04 B / 264 250, a powdery corrosion protection agent based on a mixture of the bituminous substances coal tar pitch or bitumen with a softening point ≦ λτ70 ° C, from the high polymers polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and / or polyamide, is used for the corrosion protection of reinforcing steel in silicate concrete. known from Portland cement and slate flour.
The use of the mixture composition with coal tar pitch results in a better corrosion protection behavior compared to that with blown bitumen. Medical examinations have shown that working with coal tar pitch is a health hazard.
Furthermore, the use of polyvinyl chloride in the process of processing using the fluidized bed process and the subsequent autoclaving of the silicate concrete showed a slight thermal cracking, which has a negative effect on the corrosion protection effect.
If mechanical loads occur in the processing process, the anti-corrosion agent of the known formulations tends to be very brittle.
Aim of the invention
The invention is intended to use a powdered anticorrosive for the corrosion protection of the reinforcing steel in silicate concrete, which does not experience a reduction in utility value during processing and the hydrothermal hardening of the concrete and which poses no health risk to the people involved in the manufacturing and processing process.
42-62 Masse-% Bitumen
36-55 Masse-% Kalziumhydroxid
2-7 Masse-% Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Kopolymer oder
4-10 Masse-% Ethylen-Vinylacetat-Vinylchlorid-
Pfropfkopolymerisat
0-6 Masse-% Polyvinylchlorid
besteht.Essence of the invention
The technical problem that is to be solved with the invention consists in a powdered corrosion protection agent with the basic component bitumen, which prevents the protective coating from being destroyed and detached from the object to be protected by the pressure, temperature and alkalinity regimes prevailing during the autoclaving of the concrete, and achieved sufficient impact strength as a protective coating.
Based on a mixture of bitumen with a softening point ≦ λτ70 ° C, of high polymers and a steel passivating agent, the object is achieved in that the mixture of
42-62 mass% bitumen
36-55% by mass calcium hydroxide
2-7% by mass of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or
4-10% by mass of ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer
0-6 mass% polyvinyl chloride
consists.
. . 300 µm aufbereitet.62 percent by weight of ground bitumen 125/0 becomes 36 percent by weight Calcium hydroxide and 2 mass percent ethylene vinyl acetate Copolymer mixed intensively and thermally to a homogeneous Melt processed. After cooling, the product is through Breaking, grinding and sifting on a grain in the area 100. . . 300 µm processed.
62 Masseprozent gemahlenes Bitumen 125/0 werden mit 36 Masseprozent
Calziumhydroxid und 4 Masseprozent Ethylen-Vinylacetat-
Vinylchlorid-Pfropfcopolymerisat als Pulver vorgemischt und zu
einer homogenen Schmelze verarbeitet. Die Aufbereitung erfolgt
analog Beispiel 1.
Folgende Tabelle gibt einen Überblick von möglichen
Mischungszusammensetzungen.
62 percent by weight of ground bitumen 125/0 are premixed as a powder with 36 percent by weight of calcium hydroxide and 4 percent by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride graft copolymer and processed to form a homogeneous melt. The preparation is carried out analogously to example 1.
The following table provides an overview of possible mixture compositions.
