Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff der Ansprüche 1 bzw. 2.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claims 1 and 2, respectively.

Die Handhabung der Vorrichtung geht derart vor sich, daß der Behandler, z.B. der Zahnarzt, im Zuge einer sogenannten Einhandbedie nung mit der ein Behandlungsinstrument haltenden Hand mit noch freien Fingern den Deckel des aus der Vertiefung herausragenden Behältnisses abnimmt und den Deckel mit dieser Hand festhält, worauf er wiederum mit der gleichen Hand das Behandlungsinstrument in das im Behältnis befind liche Medikament taucht und dann mit dem aus dem Behältnis herausbewegten, mit dem Medikament beaufschlagten Instrument nach dem Aufsetzen des Deckels auf das Behältnis die Behandlung z.B. eines Zahnes im Mund eines Patienten vornimmt. Beispielsweise wenn der Deckel zur Erzielung eines luftdichten Verschlusses des Behältnisses durch einen Glaskonus gebildet ist, kann es vorkommen, daß der Deckel klemmt und auf dem Behältnis verhältnismäßig fest sitzt und sich im Zuge der erwähnten Einhandbedienung nicht vom Behältnis abnehmen läßt.
