Description

Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von- Säuretransportflaschen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verschluß zum Abdichten von Säuretransportflaschen, und zwar von Flaschen mit glatter Mündung, d. h. von Flaschen, deren Mündung nicht mit einer nach oben ge- richteten Rille versehen ist. Solche Flaschen wurden bisher durch Tonstopfen, Glasstopfen u. dgl. verschlossen. Auch die Metallisierung solcher Stopfen im Wege des Metallspritzverfahrens ist bekannt geworden. Demgegenüber besteht der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Verschluß aus Metall, der durch Anordnung eines Konus und einer Kappe eine Rille bildet zur Aufnahme einer plastischen Dichtungsmasse. Dieser Verschluß zeigt gegenüber der Metallisierung von Stopfen die fortschrittliche Wirkung, daß durch ihn der vorhandene Stopfen nicht etwa ergänzt, sondern vollkommen ersetzt wird.Device for closing acid transport bottles. Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Abb. i zeigt den Schnitt durch den Verschluß, Abb. 2 die Vorderansicht und Abb. 3 die Ansicht von oben. Der Verschluß wird auf die glatte Mündung der Flasche aufgelegt, derart, daß die zwischen dem Konus und der Kappe entstehende Rille a auf den oberen Rand d es Flaschenhalses zu liegen kommt. Die Rille wird mit einem plastischen Material ausgefüttert. Die Befestigung des Verschlusses an der Flasche erfolgt zweckmäßig durch zwei Metallbänder. Das eine Band wird unterhalb des Wulstes am Flaschenhals angebracht und ein anderes an diesem ersten Band befestigt und durch die am Verschluß angebrachten schlitzförmigen Öffnungen b durchgezogen.
