Description

Nähmaschine, bei welcher die Nadeln und Greifer auf schrägen, die Vorschublinie schneidenden Linien angeordnet sind. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Nähmaschine, bei welcher die Nadeln und Greifer auf schrägen, die Vorschublinie schneidenden Linien angeordnet sind, und welche insbesondere zum Nähen des Oberleders von Schuhen dient. Gemäß der Erfindung ist nun die Maschine bzw. der stichbildende Mechanismus derselben so ausgebildet, daß Greifer gewöhnlicher Ausführung mit glatten Außenflächen verwendet werden können. Bei dieser Anordnung liegen auch die Nadeln versetzt zueinander, so daß weniger Gefahr vorhanden ist, daß das Material (z. B. Dieselbe erhält ihre Bewegung von dem mit ihr durch Gelenk 7 verbundenen Hebel 6. Das Material wird von einem Druckerfuß 8 auf .den Tisch i gedrückt und durch den Stoffschieber 9 quer darüber geführt. Letzterer wird von einer auf der Schwinge ii sitzenden Stange io getragen. Bei der Hin- und Herbewegung .der Schwinge i i führt auch der Schieber 9 dieselbe Bewegung aus. Die Stange io wird von einem auf der Welle 13 sitzenden Exzenter 12 gehoben und gesenkt. Mit den Nadeln 4,4 arbeitet ein Greifer 14 und mit .den Nadeln 5, 5 ein Greifer 15 zusammen. Beide Greifer sitzen auf einem Träger 16, welcher durch einen besonders gebogenen Arm 17 auf einer Welle 18 befestigt ist. Dieselbe wird von einer von einem Exzenter auf der Welle 13 bewegten Gabel i9 in geeigneten Lagern in Drehschwingungen versetzt. Zur Betätigung der Nadelführung verwendet man zweckmäßig das Exzenter 12, welches auch die Stoftschieberstange io hebt und senkt. An .der Stange 26, welche die Nadelführungen trägt, sind Winkelstücke 30 befestigt, von welchen jede einen Arm 31 besitzt, so daß bei der Drehung des Exzenter 12 die Stange hin und her bewegt wird. Dieselbe ist einstellbar durch Schrauben 27 an einem Arm 28 befestigt. Derselbe sitzt auf einer Stange 29, .die von einem Arm 33 getragen wird und drehbar auf der Stange 34 gelagert ist, welche die Vorschubschwinge ii trägt.
