Description
Gliederkessel für oberen Abbrand mit hinterem Verschluß des Füllraumes durch ein Vollglied oder eine Wand mit Durchbrechung über dem Roste. Um in Gliederkesseln mit oberem Abbrand entgasbare oder schwelende Brennstoffe in wirtschaftlicher Weise, rauch- und rußfrei, verfeuern zu können, müssen die während des Entgasungsprozesses entstehenden, schwerverbrennlichen, hochwertigen Dämpfe und Gase durch die Glut .des bereits verkokten Brennstoffes im unteren Teile des Feuerraumes geführt werden. Nach der Erfindung wird dies bei Füllschachtkesselii mit oberem Abbrand dadurch erreicht, daß im hinteren Teile des Füllraumes eine Nachverbrennungskammer angelegt ist, die unten für den unteren Abbrand mit dem als Regenerator betriebenen Füllraum, oben aber mit Kanälen in Verbindung steht, welche die Rauchgase den Kesselheizzügen zuleiten. Ein. Kessel nach der Erfindung ist in Abb. i in senkrechtem Längsschnitt, in Abb. z in senkrechtem Querschnitt dargestellt. Die Gase des mit unterem Abbrand nach Art eines Generators betriebenen Füllraumes f werden durch die Öffnung d der entweder als Vollglied ausgebildeten oder aber aus einem Baustoff hergestellten Wand c in die Verbrennungskammer e zur Nachverbrennung eingeführt. Von diesem Verbrennungsraume gelangen alsdann die entstehenden Rauchgase in die durch Deckwände vor den Abzugsöffnungen der Reizkanäle gebildeten Kanäle 1z und in die Eintrittsöffnungen der Heizzüge .des Kessels. Die Verbrennungsluft tritt durch die vordere Klappe a zum Rost g. Über dem Brennstoff wird durch eine Klappe b Luft eingeführt. Ein Teil der durch a eingeführten Luft zieht in die Verbrennungskammer e. Mit dieser Einrichtung ist es daher möglich, Kokskessel mit Oberbrand auf die Beheizung mit schwelenden Brennstoffen, wie Torf oder Braunkohle, im Unterbrand umzustellen.Sectional boiler for upper burnout with rear closure of the filling space by a full section or a wall with an opening above the grate.
