Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Klöppel für Flecht- und Klöppelmaschinen mit im hohlen Spulendorn angeordneter Fadenspannvorrichtung und bezweckt, bei Klöppeln! dieser Art das Auswechseln der Spulen dadurch zu vereinfachen, daß die jedesmalige Neueinfübrung des Fadens von Hand in die Fad'enaugen des Klöppels erspart wird. Das Neue besteht in der Hauptsache darin, daß der Spulenoberteil als Ganzes vom Klöppelfuß lösbar ist, d.h. daß sowohl der Spulendorn als auch die seitlich davon angeordnete, den Spulensperrhebel tragende Schiene am Klöppelfuß lösbar befestigt, dabei aber am oberen Ende miteinander verbunden sind. Die Spulenauswechslung erfolgt nun in der Weise, daß nach dem Lösen des Klöppeloberteils vom Fuß die Spule nach unten abgezogen und ebenso' von' unten auf den Dorn aufgeschoben wird. Hierbei verbleibt der Faden der abgelaufenen Spule in den Fadenführungsaugen des Klöppels, und der an sein Ende angeknotete Faden der neuen Spule wird beim Ingangsetzen der Maschine vom ersteren Faden durch die verschiedenen Führungsaugen hindurchgezogen. Die Auswechslung dter Spulen nimmt also nur noch wenig Zeit in Anspruch, da, wie ersichtlich, das Einführen des Fadens von Hand in die zahlreichen Fadenführungsaugen und insbesondere auch das umständliche Hervorholen des beim Ablauf der Spule in den Dorn sich senkenden!
