Description

Vacuum evaporator, in which the water to be evaporated in one Preheater is heated by exhaust steam, The invention relates to a Valaiurn evaporator, in which the water to be evaporated is heated in a preheater by means of exhaust steam '. In known evaporators of this type, the preheater loves outside the evaporator. Since when using the exhaust steam as a heating medium, only a temperature of about 100 ° C is available, the heat must be used extremely sparingly «-Earth, since even small losses due to the small ones are available at all standing amounts of heat adversely affect the efficiency of the evaporator do. Therefore, the preheaters had to be insulated in a particularly careful manner. The invention overcomes these difficulties in that the preheater in the water space of the Vere1, ampfers is housed, so that almost all I heat losses from the preheater directly benefit the water (of the evaporator. In addition, this arrangement has the advantage that this saves space 'and the whole system is easier to install is.

In the drawing, an embodiment of the new evaporator is shown partly in .Ansicht, partly in vertical section. f The evaporator V is protected against heat loss by an insulating jacket J. The preheater for the water to be evaporated is built into its lower water space, which enters the lower part of the cover space 2 of the preheater through the nozzle i. From: this cover space, which is closed in a known manner by a wall 3 from the inner space of the preheater, the water is passed through a coil 4 into the rear cover space 5 of the preheater, which is led through a wall h against the inner space of the preheater is closed. The water leaves the lid space according to the direction of the arrow through a tube 7, which feeds it to the upper lid roughness 8 on the inlet side, which is separated from the lid roughness 2 by a wall g. From there the water is fed through a pipe io via a throttle valve ii to the actual space of the evaporator. The exhaust pipe enters the inner cavity of the pre-heater through the connecting piece 12, where it washes around the coiled water pipes 4 and 7, whereupon it is precipitated while the water is being heated. The rainwater is discharged through the nozzle 13. The water in the preheater is supposed to be heated to about 100 ° C by this evaporation of about 100 ° C. The design of the preheater is known and not the subject of the invention. The evaporator is connected to the condenser of the system by a pipe 14, from which the cooling water at about 45 ° C. runs off. Under the influence of the vacuum, vigorous evaporation of the water heated to about go ° C in the preheater occurs in the evaporator. The heat losses of the preheater through its jacket benefit the water in the evaporator completely.
