Description
Vorrichtung zur gleichmäßigen Weiterförderung des aus dem Förderbehälter einer Saugluftförderanlage abgelassenen Fördergutes. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur vollkommen staubdichten Ableitung und Weiterförderung von Gichtstaub und ähnlichen staubförmigen Materialien, aus den Förderbehältern von Saugluftförderanlagen. Bei Einrichtungen dieser Art können komplizierte, mit Dichtungsflächen arbeitende Ableitungsorgane, welche einen Übertritt der Preßluft in den Saugluftbehälter verhindern müssen, nicht verwendet werden. Ein solcher Abschluß ist aber unbedingt notwendig. Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun unter 'dem genügend langen Abfallrohr des Saugluftförderbehälters eine rotierende Stauplatte angeordnet, welche die, einen Übertritt der Preßluft durch ihre Höhe und ihr. Gewicht verhindernde Materialsäule trägt und von der das Gut durch einen Abstreicher abgestrichen wird, wobei die ganze Einrichtung eingekapselt ist und die Kapselung in einen Trichter ausläuft, aus welchem das Material durch eine Preßluftdüse weiter befördert wird und der zur Verhinderung des Rückstaues mittels eines Verbindungsrohres unter dem gleichen Förderdruck gehalten wird.Device for the uniform further conveyance of the from the conveying container conveyed goods discharged from a suction air conveyor system. Mittels Saugluft wird durch das Förderrohr b hindurch das Fördergut in den Sammelbehälter a hineinbefördert, aus dem es durch das Ablaßrohr c nach unten gleitet. In einem bestimmten Abstand von der unteren Mündung des ausreichend weiten Ablaßrohres c ist eine Stauplatte d angeordnet, die das Fördergut zurückhält und dadurch die untere Öffnung des Ablaßrohres c unter Mitwirkung des Fördergutes unter Luftabschluß hält. _ Die Stauplatte d wird durch geeignete Mittel, z. B. durch ein Zahngetriebe e, in Umdrehung versetzt; ein über ihrem Rande angeordneter Abstreicher f streicht das an dem Rand der Stauplatte liegende Fördergut gleichmäßig in den Trichter g ab. Dieser bildet nach oben eine Haube h, durch welche die Mündung des Ablaßrohres c luftdicht eingeschlossen wird und endigt unten in das Förderrohr i, in welches das abgestrichene Fördergut gleichmäßig hineinfällt. In das Rohr i ist eine Düse k eingesetzt, durch welche Preßluft einströmt, die das niederfallende Fördergut sofort erfaßt und durch das Rohr i unmittelbar weiterleitet. Von dem Preßluftrohr l ist ein Abzweig zu der Haube h geführt, so daß auch diese unter den gleichen Luftdruck gesetzt und dadurch ein Unterdruck im Innern der Haube und ein dadurch mögliches Zurückstauen des niederfallenden Fördergutes verhindert wird. Selbstverständlich muß bei dieser Einrichtung die Höhe des Ablaßrohres c und damit die Höhe der Gutsäule den Luftdruckverhältnissen angepaßt sein, um zu verhindern, daß das Fördergut in den Sammelbehälter a zurückgedrückt wird. Der zur Weiterförderung des Fördergutes im Rohr i verwendete Preßluftstrom kann unmittelbar von der Luftpumpe entnommen werden, die den Unterdruck in den Sammelbehälter und dadurch das Ansaugen des Fördergutes durch das Förderrohr b bewirkt.By means of suction air, the conveyed material is conveyed through the conveying pipe b into the collecting container a, from which it slides down through the discharge pipe c.
