Abstract

Gerät für die Befestigung eines zur Herstellung von Zahnprothesen dienenden Gipsmodelles in einem Artikulator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer Dreipunktauflage (5) besteht, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einem Körper (8), worauf zwei koaxiale Vorsprünge (15, 16) befestigt sind und wobei eine kleine Latte (11) verschiebbar in bezug auf diesen Körper (8) angeordnet ist, welche in ihrer Längsrichtung senkrecht zur allgemeinen Längsrichtung der vorgenannten Vorsprünge (15, 16) steht.Device for fixing a plaster model for the manufacture of dental prostheses in an articulator, characterized in that it consists of a three-point support (5) consisting essentially of a body (8) on which two coaxial projections (15, 16) are fixed and in which a small bar (11) is arranged displaceably with respect to said body (8) and which is perpendicular in its longitudinal direction to the general longitudinal direction of the aforementioned projections (15, 16).

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung geht aus von einem Gerät für die Befestigung eines zur Herstellung von Zahnprothesen dienenden Obergipsmodelles in einem Artikulator, und eignet sich insbesondere für die korrekte Befestigung von Obergipsmodellen in einem Artikulator bei fehlender individueller anatomischer Information, beispielsweise in der Form des sogenannten Gesichtsbogens, bezüglich des Patienten.The present invention is based on a device for fastening an upper plaster model used to produce dental prostheses in an articulator, and is particularly suitable for the correct fastening of upper plaster models in an articulator in the absence of individual anatomical information, for example in the form of the so-called face bow, regarding the patient.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Gerät zur Befestigung eines Gipsmodelles in einem Artikulator zu schaffen, bei dem gegebenenfalls die Ober- und Unterbißwälle nicht zu trennen sind, die Bißregistrierung nicht korrekt nach dem Okklusionsplan zugeschnitten sein muß und/oder die Gipsmodelle ohne Bißregistrierung bezahnt sind. Zuerst wird ein Obergipsmodell 1 zweckmäßigerweise ringsumher geschliffen und werden sodann die drei vorgenannten anatomischen Punkte des Obergipsmodelles, nämlich die beiden Pterygomaxillarfalten 2 und 3 und die Papilla incisiva 4, angedeutet. Darauf wird das derart behandelte, in den beiden Pterygomaxillarfalten 2 und 3 und der Papilla incisiva 4 unterstützte Obergipsmodell mit diesen anatomischen Punkten in einer mit der sogenannten Camper-Ebene gleichlaufenden Ebene auf der erwünschten Höhe in bezug auf die vom Hersteller des Artikulators angegebene Inzisalhöhe geeigneterweise am Oberarm des Artikulators befestigt, wie schematischerweise in der Abbildung 9 erläutert. Claims

1. Device for fastening an upper plaster model used for the manufacture of dental prostheses in an articulator, characterized in that it consists of a molded body ( 8 ) to form a three-point support ( 5 ), at one end of which a coaxial projection ( 15, 16 ) is attached at each side and at the opposite end of which a small slat ( 11 ) is arranged in the molded body ( 8 ) so as to be displaceable and perpendicular to the axis of the projections ( 15, 16 ).
