Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrfarbenrastern. Das Wesen der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt in der Herstellung eines, Mehrfar,benrasters. Letzteres entsteht dadurch, daß auf eine durchsichtige Unterlage eine Gelatineschicht und darüber eine an und für sich schon durch die österreichische Patentschrift 384-I9 bekanntgewordene Deckschicht aus Druckerfarbe in warmem Zustand aufgebracht und durch .Pressen zwischen Raster und: Druckplatten linienweise entfernt wird, worauf diese Deckschicht im, Erstarrungsraum gehärtet wird. Wenn der Schichtträger dann das erste Farbbad passiert, in diesem Falle Zinnoberscharlach G, nehmen die freien Stellen die rote Farbe auf. Nachdem die Färbung die erforderliche Intensität angenommen hat, werden die so entstandenen roten Linien nun mit Formalin, Eisenchlorid oder Aliu@miniurn:azetai% gebeizt; man spült .den Niederschlag ab und wäscht schließlich mit Benzin o. dgl. den Fettfarbendruck herunter.
