Um nun einmal die Einstechiiefe der Nadel io in das Gewebe 17 zu begrenzen und das andere Mal beim Abbrechen der Nadel an dem Einspannende leichtes und bequemes Herausziehen der abgebrochenen Nadel aus dem Gewebe zu ermöglichen, ist gemäß der Erfindung in geeignetem Abstande vom Nadelhalter zwischen diesem und der Nadelspitze ein Anschlag 18 fest und unverschiebbar auf der Nadel angeordnet. Zweckmäßig ist der Anschlag 18 scheibenförmig mit abgerundeten Kanten ausgebildet. Er begrenzt beim Einstechen der Nadel in das Gewebe die Einstechtiefe, und falls die Nadel abbricht, was meist am Einspannende erfolgt, ermöglicht er es, den abgebrochenen Teil sicher aus dem Gewebe herauszuziehen, so daß ein nachträglicher operativer Eingriff zur Entfernung der Nadelspitze unnötig wird. Um Verletzungen des Knochens oder der Knochenhaut beim Einstich der Nadel auszuschließen, , ist auf dem Halter 14 eine Strichmarke 22 vorgesehen, welche es ermöglicht, die jeweilige Lage der Schrägfläche 21 an der Nadelspitze 2o auch bei eingestochener Nadel feststellen zu können, indem die Nadel so im Halter befestigt wird, daß die Schrägfläche 21 an der Spitze sich unten befindet, wenn die Strichmarke z2 oben ist, wie Abb. 3 es erkennen läßt.The thick end ix of the tubular needle io is fastened in a known manner in the axial bore i2 of the forwardly tapered end of the needle holder 14, which is provided with the usual internal thread 15 for screwing onto the mouthpiece 16 of the injection syringe.
