Description
Vorrichtung zum- Ausgleichen der von hin und her gehenden 1Vlassen einer Kolbenkraftmaschine hervorgerufenen Beschleunigungskräfte mittels umlaufender Massen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abänderung der in dem Hauptpatent 319003 beschriebenen Vorrichtung. Während nach dem Hauptpatent der Massenausgleich durch eine ungleichmäßige Drehbewegung der die Schwungmassen antreibenden Räder erzielt wird, wird gemäß vorliegender Erfindung dieser Ausgleich dadurch erreicht, daß die Schwungmassen an feststehenden Exzentern oder Kurbelzapfen exzentrisch geführt sind und durch mit gleichbleibender Geschwindigkeit umlaufende Räder mitgenommen werden. Die Schwungmassen werden dabei zweckmäßig in radialen Schlitzen von sich mit gleichbleibender Geschwindigkeit drehenden zylindrischen Zahnrädern geführt und am Kurbelzapfen der feststehenden Wellen dieser Räder exzentrisch aufgehängt. Hierdurch wird eine vereinfachte Ausführung der Bewegungsübertragung ermöglicht, indem die im Hauptpatent beschriebenen elliptischen Zahnräder fortfallen.Device to compensate for the moving back and forth a piston engine caused acceleration forces by means of rotating Crowds. Gleichwie bei der im Hauptpatent gezeigten Ausführungsform erhalten, die auf zwei Zapfen 5, 6. verteilten Ausgleichsassen ihre Bewegung von dem im Zylinder o sich hin und her bewegenden Kolben 1 mittels der Pleuelstange 1r,. der Kurbel 18, der Welle 2 und der ineinander eingreifenden, glei< h großen Zahnräder 7 und B. Diese sind indessen im vorliegenden Falle durch zylindrische Zahnräder 3, ¢ mit der Welle 2 zusammengekuppelt, so daß sie mit derselben Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie die Welle 2 rotieren. Ferner sind die Zahnräder 7 und 8 gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung auf festen Wellen 13, 14, und zwar exzentrisch im Ve. hältnis zu den Drehachsen der Massen 9, =o gelagert. Die feststehenden Wellen 13, =4 sind zu diesem Zweck, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, an den Enden als Lagerzapfen 5, 6 für die Ausgleichmassen 9, =o ausgebildet, wobei die Zahnräder 7, 8 als Mitnehmer arbeiten und zu diesem Zweck mit einem radialen Schlitz 1.5 versehen sind, in den ein Stift 16 an dem die Ausgleichmassen tragenden Bewegungsorgan 17 eingreift.
