Die bisherige Anordnung der Kontaktstreifen an Taschenlampenbatterien besitzt den Nachteil, daß der kurze, mit dem Druckoder Schiebekontakt des Taschenlampengehäuses in Berührung gelangende Kontaktstreifen entweder aufrecht oder entgegengesetzt zu dem anderen Kontaktstreifen gerichtet ist. Bei aufrechter Stellung des kurzen Kontaktstreifens ist die Gefahr vorhanden, daß sich derselbe bei der Verpackung durch das Aufeinanderschichten der Batterien von der Kohlenelektrode löst oder daß die letztere zerbricht, wodurch die Batterie wertlos wird: Bei entgegengesetzt gerichteten Kontaktstreifen ist die Möglichkeit vorhanden, daß sich dieselben, wenn deren Enden nicht weit genug voneinander entfernt sind, durch den gegenseitigen Druck der aufeinandergeschichteten Batterien leicht berühren können, wodurch Kurzschluß und demzufolge die Batterie unter Umständen unbrauchbar wird.The previous arrangement of the contact strips on flashlight batteries has the disadvantage that the short, with the pressure or sliding contact of the flashlight housing contact strips either upright or directed opposite to the other contact strip is.
