Description
Gliederförderband. Gliederförderbänder sind bekannt, deren Tragfläche aus einander überdeckenden Holzplatten besteht, die auf die Röhrchen aufgeschoben sind, welche die Gelenke paralleler Gallscher Ketten bilden. - Jede einzelne Holzplatte liegt auf -zwei derartigen Gelenkröhrchen. Jedes Gelenkröhrchen wird scharnierartig von zwei aneinander stoßenden Holzplatten erfaßt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß bei ähnlichen Gliederförderbändern jede Holzplatte, auf zwei Querstäbe aufgeschoben ist, von denen einer den Gelenkbolzen der dazugehörigen Kettenglieder bildet, der andere inmitten der Glieder angebracht ist. Während bei den bekannten Gliederförderbändern der eingangs erwähnten Art die nebeneinanderliegenden Holzplatten aus mehreren Teilen bestehen, die stumpf aneinanderstoßen, greifen - bei dem Gliederförderband nach der Erfindung die nebeneinandelliegenden Teile der Holzplatten mit Längsfalz- ineinander.Link conveyor belt. Sie sind infolgedessen völlig vom Längszug entlastet und werden selbst beim Reißen der Gallschen Ketten nicht beschädigt. Durch die Anordnung des Längsfalzes zwischen den nebeneinanderliegenden Teilen der Holzplatten wird das Durchfallen des Fördergutes auf die in den Fugen liegenden Gallschen Ketten vermieden; zugleich werden diese Fugen völlig abgedichtet. Durch die Erfindung werden also die Sicherheit des Geradelaufensi und die Haltbarkeit des Förderbandes erheblich verbessert. Auf, der Zeichnung stellen dar: Fig. i einen Längsschnitt einer Ausführungsform des Förderbandes nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 2, -' Fig:2 einen Grundriß, Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht und Fig. q. einen Querschnitt des Förderbandes. Das dargestellte Gliederförderband besteht aus den Gallschen Ketten 1, 2, 3 und q.. Jedes Glied der Kette i ist mit den gleichliegenden Gliedern der Ketten 2, 3 und q. durch zwei Eisenstäbe 5 und 6 verbunden, so z. B. die Glieder 7, 8, 9 und io. Die Eisenstäbe 6 bilden zugleich die Gelenkbolzen zwischen den zugehörigen Gliedern der Gallschen Ketten. Auf je zwei Eisenstäbe 5 und 6 sind Holzplatten i i aufgeschoben. Je eine Holzplatte ist zwischen die Ketten i und 2, 2 und 3, 3 und q. eingefügt. Die von den Ketten :2 und 3 eingenommenen Fugen werden durch seitliche Leisten 12 verdeckt, die in Falze 13 der benachbarten Holzplatte eingreifen, so daß die Dichtheit des Bandes durch die in der Mitte eingefügten Ketten nicht beeinträchtigt ist und die Ketten vor Staub geschützt sind. Auch die seitlichen Ketten i und 2 können in das Holz der Platten i i eingelassen werden.
