Die bisherige Befestigung der in den Mechanismus der Sammelmappe einzuklemmenden Nadelschiene η erfolgte ausschliefslich mittelst kleiner Schräubchen, die nur ein langsames und unbequemes Befestigen gestatten. Diese Schräubchen versah man im Patent No. 29969 mit Ringen, um wenigstens den Schraubenzieher bei dieser Manipulation zu vermeiden und die kleinen Schräubchen etwas handlicher zu machen.
