Description
Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Trennung von Tantal und Niob aus einer vorwiegend Tantal- und Niobverbindungen enthaltenden fluß- und schwefelsauren Rohlösung, bei dem man die Rohlösung mit einer phosphorhaltigen Verbindung extrahiert und danach das Niob mit Wasser rückextrahiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man als phosphorhaltige Verbindung Tri-n-octylphosphinoxid (TOPO) gelöst in aromatischem Kerosin für eine mehrstufige Extraktion verwendet und die beladene organische Phase ein- oder mehrstufig mit verdünnter Schwefelsäure wäscht und danach das Niob rückextrahiert und man die wäßrige Nioblösung zur Entfernung von mitgeführtem Tantal mit unbeladenem TOPO nachextrahiert und daß aus der von der Haupt menge Niob befreiten organischen Phase das restliche Niob durch Strippen mit einer wäßrigen NH4F-Lösung entfernt, bevor das Tantal mit ammoniakalischer NH4F-Lösung gestrippt wird.
