Abstract
Description
Procedure for disposing of household and industrial waste The registration relates to a method for firing and / or drying ceramic moldings in connection with solid fuels, especially waste fuels e.g. B. Household waste and industrial waste.
According to the state of the art, the waste is removed by incineration plants, Smoldering facilities, composting, and other costly processes exist hence the need to make waste disposal more economical than this took place today It is obvious that the waste recycling with an industrial To couple high temperature process in order to use its heat inlet. Currently For example, attempts are made to burn garbage in cement rotary kilns, but this becomes undesirable Components in cement leads. Attempts have also been made to clean up the garbage crushing and bricking in the production of porous bricksO The disadvantage is here that a relatively large effort for the fine shredding in the garbage processing arises, as a result of which the finely shredded garbage portion is smaller and a large one Part of the coarse waste is produced. In addition, there would often be little possibility of porosity not to recycle the finely prepared garbage in full. As for example with clinker or panels and roofing brick production. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a method to indicate with facilities in which the garbage disposal is economically safe performed can be connected with the manufacture of heavy clay products0 It as large a proportion of waste as possible, with the exception of metals, should be disposed of The solution to the problem is the invention of the patent application No. 31 09 146.6 for Burning out clay roof tiles with solid fuels in stove cassettes. By magnification of the stove room is suggested, except for at least fist-sized shredded garbage to be brought into the cassette so that it is burned during the burning process0 if If the waste calorific value were too low, higher-quality solid fuel can sometimes also be used z0B0 coal must also be fed into the refractory cassettes. But it is also possible To insert pure rubbish cassettes without ceramic firing material in the furnace chamber, for this sufficient cassettes (flat cassette which are designed accordingly low and in essentially have no vertical leg. But it can also be used with stable Flat cassettes to be burned are used with a corresponding oven space between the floor and items to be fired, which is not possible with non-stable items such as roof tiles isto Both Use tunnels as well as chamber furnaces, the usually high firing temperature of approx. 1000 ° C and the material to be fired for a long time in such ovens is guaranteed for approx. 20 to 60 hours a complete incineration of the garbage in the stove cassettes. Advantageously When using tunnel ovens, the method according to DBP 2643406 can be used for thermal Exhaust gas association are applied. Because the garbage is only below the size of a fist must be crushed, such processing plants are very economical.
Before the stove cassettes are covered with items to be fired, they are filled with garbage and / or solid fuel filled after being freed from ashes prior to revon.
Je nach i.weckmäßizkeit und Wärmebedarf LeerseiteThe figure shows a kiln trolley (1), which is equipped with stove cassettes (2) is loaded, in which there is material to be fired (3). Flat cooker cassettes (4) are located just filled with garbage and / or solid fuel between the trimmings. On the other hand such flat hearth cassettes are occupied as the topmost cassette layer (5) with items to be fired (3). There are also any other combination of cassettes in a vertical or horizontal distribution possible in the furnace room. Depending on the purpose and heat requirement Blank page
