Description

Die Erfindung betrifft neue Aminosäure-Infusionslösungen zur parenteralen Ernährung.
Es sind bereits Infusionslösungen für die parenterale Ernähung bekannt, vgl. Infusionstherapie II: Parenterale Ernährung, Springer Verlag, Berlin 1975.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Infusionslösungen, welche Aminosäuren und gegebenenfalls Kohlenhydrate und Elektrolyte enthalten, welche dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß sie Arginin und Valin im Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,9 bis 2,0 zu 1 enthalten.
Die Lösungen enthalten außer Arginin und Valin die weiteren essentiellen Aminosäuren Leucin, Isoleucin, Methionin, Threonin, Phenylalanin, Tryptophan, Histidin und Lysin. Anstelle von Lysin kann auch dessen Acetat und anstelle von Cystein N-Acetyl-L-cystein verwendet werden.
Als Kohlenhydrate kommen Glucose, Fructose und insbesondere Sorbit und Xylit in Betracht. Als Elektrolyte eignen sich Natrium, Kalium, Calcium, Magnesium, Zink, Chlorid, Acetat, Glycerophosphat, Melat. Weiter können die Lösungen auch Spurenelemente und Vitamine enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Lösungen eignen sich für eine kontinuierliche qualitativ und quantitativ bilanzierte Ernährung bedrohlich erkrankter Patienten. Weiter eignen sie sich zur Korrektur bzw. Minimierung von Veränderungen des Postaggressionsstoffwechsels.
Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung.

Die Lösungen wurde mit verdünnter Kalilauge bzw. Äpfelsäure auf einen pH-Wert von 6,0 bis 6,8, vorzugsweise 6,2 bis 6,5 eingestellt.

Claims (1)

  1. Infusionslösungen, welche Aminosäuren und gegebenenfalls Kohlenhydrate und Elektrolyte enthalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Arginin und Valin im Gewichtsverhältnis von 1,9 bis 2,0 zu 1 enthalten.
