Claims (10)
1) Verfahren zur Tieftemperaturtrennung von
sauerstoffhaltigen Mischungen zur Erzeugung eines angereicherten Produktes, wodurch bei diesem Verfahren
Sauerstoffkonzentrationen von mehr als 21 Vol-% erreicht
werden, bei dem Ströme der Flüssigkeit und des Dampfes im Gegenstrom durch eine Stoffaustauschzone geleitet werden,
die Füllkörperelemente enthält, die aus einem Material mit einer Dicke von weniger als etwa 1 mm hergestellt
wurden, und auf der Oberfläche der Füllkörperelemente ein Dampf-Flüssigkeits-Kontakt zwischen dünnen
Flüssigkeitsfilmen und dem Dampf durchgeführt wird, wobei die Füllkörperelemente aus einem Kupfer enthaltenden
Material gefertigt wurden, das eine Kupferkonzentration von mindestens etwa 30 Gew-% und eine Reaktionswärme mit
Sauerstoff bei 20"C von weniger als etwa 1 Kcal/g aufweist.
2) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Füllkörpermaterial eine Kupferkonzentration von
mindestens etwa 50 Gew-% aufweist.
3) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Material, aus dem die Füllkörperelemente gefertigt werden, eine
Dicke von weniger als etwa 0,5 mm aufweist.
4) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die
Sauerstoffkonzentration grö/Ser als etwa 50 Vol-% ist.
5) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Reaktionswärme mit Sauerstoff bei 20"C kleiner als etwa
0,9 Kcal/g ist.
6) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der superatmospharische Druck kleiner als etwa 475 psig ist.
7) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Füllkörpermaterial eine spezifische Oberfläche von
mindestens etwa 300 m2/m3 aufweist.
8) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Füllkörpermaterial eine Schüttdichte von weniger als etwa
1000 kg/m3 aufweist.
9) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dicke des Materials, aus dem die Füllkörperelemente gefertigt
werden, nicht größer als etwa 3 mm ist.
10) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Dicke des Flüssigkeitsfilmes auf der Oberfläche der Füllkörper
kleiner als etwa 0,5 mm ist.
