Abstract
Zum Herstellen von Schlauchleitungen mit Abzweigungen beispielsweise für das Kühlsystem an Kraftfahrzeugmotoren ist es üblich, den in der Regel kleineren Abzweigschlauch im vulkanisierbaren Rohzustand in eine Öffnung des Leitungsschlauches einzusetzen und gleichzeitig mit dem Fertigvul kanisieren haftend mit diesem zu verbinden. Gemäß der vor liegenden Erfindung wird der Abzweigschlauch in eine mit Untermaß eingestanzte und plastisch-elastisch aufgeweitete Öffnung eingesetzt und innerhalb des Leitungsschlauches flanschartig umgerollt. Es wird damit eine für den Kraftübergang günstige Überdeckung der Verstärkungseinlagen beider Schläuche gewährleistet, während andererseits die Einlagen vor dem Eindringen von Flüssigkeit und nachfolgenden Korrosionsschäden wirksam geschützt sind.To produce hose lines with branches, for example for the cooling system on motor vehicle engines, it is common to use the usually smaller branch hose in the vulcanizable raw state in an opening of the hose and at the same time to connect to the ready-made vulcanizing adhesive with this. Durch die ursprüngliche Unterbemessung der Aufnahmeöffnung wird die mit dem Stanzen unvermeidliche Beschädigung der Verstärkungseinlagen 14 in engen Grenzen gehalten, und gleichzeitig ergibt sich hieraus die Möglichkeit die Wandung des Hauptschlauches 4 am den Abzweigschlauch 3 herum in enger Anpassung an ;iiesen nach außen auszuwölben, so daß der innenumfang im Bereich der Öffnung glattflächig nach den Konturen des eingeschobenen Domes 6 abgeformt werden kann.
