Abstract

1. Control system for closing fire doors and a transport installation in the region of the passage for goods (7) being transported through a fire wall or floor, in which the movement of a sealing element (4) or the release mechanism of a locking arrangement (3) and the transport installation (6) is controlled by a reaction from a fire sensing element (2), characterized by the following features : (a) in the transport installation (6) is a safety zone, which comprises the control positions I-III or XI-XIII, (b) the control pistons I or XI are located so far in front of the fire door that on a smoke alarm and/or another disturbance the goods (7) being transported come to rest in good time in front of the sealing element (4), (c) between the control positions I or XI and the control positions II or XII which are behind the fire door is provided a passage securing arrangement which prevents release of the release mechanism of the sealing element (4) so long as the goods (7) being transported are in the stretch between the control positions I and II and/or XI and XII, (d) for moving out the transported goods (7) from the safety zone there is provided a no-break auxiliary energy source in case of loss of the main driving energy of the transport installation, (e) after the normal time runs out for passage of the goods (7) transported between the stretch I and II and/or XI or XII a time-delayed alarm is raised also when the transport installation is driven from the auxiliary energy source that goods (7) are blocking the opening (5), and (f) a programmed device is provided logically connecting all driving, supervision and control functions of all parts in the safety zone (Fig. 5 to Fig. 8).
