Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die bekannten Sicherheitsschlösser, bei denen an Stelle eines Bartschlüssels ein mit einer Nuß zu kuppelnder bartloser Schlüssel benutzt ist, der in die mit beliebigen Vorsprüngen und Vertiefungen versehene Nuß einzugreifen vermag. Zur Vergrößerung der Sicherheit ist es bereits bekannt, bei derartigen Schlössern Platten anzuwenden, die derart in die Bahn des Schlüssels gelegt sind, daß sie den Weg desselben vergrößern und erst durch den Schlüssel beiseite geschoben werden müssen. An Stelle der bekannten komplizierten Einrichtungen ist gemäß der Erfindung- die vor der leicht einsetzbaren, mit beliebigen Vorsprüngen und Vertiefungen versehenen Nuß angeordnete Platte (oder auch mehrere Platten) mit einer dem Schlüsselloch entsprechenden Öffnung versehen, derart, daß ihre öffnung nur zum Teil gegenüber* dem Schlüsselloch, bei Anordnung mehrerer Platten zweckmäßig auch untereinander verdeckt liegen, während an dem Schlüsselschaft ein Fortsatz zum Eingreifen in die Plattenöffnung angebracht ist, um hiermit in einfacher Weise das Beiseitedrehen der Platte ermöglichen zu können.
