Als Regulierventil kann jedes beliebige Ventils beispielsweise auch ein Thermostatventils Verwendung finden. Im Anschluß an den Ventilkegel des Regulierventils ist vorteilhafterweise eine Meßkammer angeordnet, in der ein Wasserkammerrad rotierend angeordnet ist, wobei das Wasserkammerrad in der Meßkammer dicht anschließend gelagert ist.
