BEHÄLTER FÜR LEBENSMITTELPRODUKTE, DIE EINE SEITLICHE UMWANDUNG BENÖGIGENCONTAINERS FOR FOOD PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE A SIDE WALL

Wie aus den Zeichnungsfiguren ersichtlich ist, besteht der Behälter 10 im wesentlichen aus einem im wesentlichen flachen, in seiner Gesamtheit scheibenförmigen Teil 12 (Figuren 1, 2, 3 und 8); aus einem in seiner Gesamtheit glockenförmigen Deckel 14 (Figuren 1, 2 und 7); und einer Begrenzungswand 16 (Figuren 2, 5 und 6), die in ihrer Gesamtheit leicht kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet ist.As can be seen from the drawings, the container 10 consists essentially of a substantially flat part 12 which is disc-shaped as a whole (Figures 1, 2, 3 and 8); of a lid 14 which is bell-shaped as a whole (Figures 1, 2 and 7); and of a boundary wall 16 (Figures 2, 5 and 6) which is slightly frustoconical in shape as a whole.

Gleichfalls ersieht man aus diesen Zeichnungsfiguren, daß die äußere Rille 18 auf ihrem äußeren Rand in gleichem Abstand zueinander befindliche Vorsprünge 22 aufweist, so daß, wenn man den unteren Rand des Deckels 14, der eine äußere Lippe 32 besitzt (Fig. 4), in diese Rille einsetzen will, es notwendig ist, eine bestimmte Kraft auszuüben, damit die Lippe 32 über die genannten VorSprünge 22 hinaus einschnappt, wodurch es praktisch unmöglich wird, den Deckel 14 vom Flachteil 12 manuell zu trennen, ausgenommen in der nachstehend beschriebenen Weise, bei welcher jedenfalls Spuren hinterlassen werden, welche die erfolgte Öffnung des Behälters anzeigt. Auf dem Boden der äußeren Rille 18 sind weiters in gleichem Abstand zueinander Kerben oder Einschnitte vorgesehen (von denen in Fig. 3 eine, mit 28 bezeichnet, sichtbar ist), welche die Entfernung des äußeren Teiles (jener, welcher die Vorsprünge 22 aufweist) des Randes des Tellers 12 erleichtern. Eine Zunge 30 (Figuren 1 und 7) bildet einen einzigen Teil mit dem vorgenannten äußeren Rand des Tellers, so daß, wenn auf die Zunge 30 ein Zug nach außen ausgeübt wird, es dank der Gegenwart der Kerben 28 möglich ist, diesen äußeren Teil zu entfernen und somit den Deckel 14 freizugeben, der sodann leicht abgehoben werden kann.As can be better seen in Figures 3 and 8, the disc or plate portion 12 has on its upper surface, near its edge, a pair of circular concentric rings 18 and 20. Die innere Rille 20 des Tellers 12 ist hingegen befähigt, den unteren Rand der Begrenzungswand 16 aufzunehmen. Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, ist die Begrenzungswand 16, wenn der Behälter 10 geschlossen ist, zwischen Teller 12 und Deckel 14 eingeklemmt. Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen, daß die Begrenzungswand 16 (im dargestellten Fall von leicht kegelstumpfförmiger Ausbildung) zwei obere symmetrische Vorsprünge 24 und 26 mit kreisbogenförmigem Profil aufweist (Fig. 5), die leicht nach innen wegstehen. Diese Vorsprünge fungieren als Handgriffe für die Entfernung der Begrenzungswand vom Teller 12, sobald der Deckel abgenommen ist. Wenn die Begrenzungswand 16 zwischen dem Teller 12 und dem Deckel 14 eingeschlossen ist, liegen die Handgriffe 26 an der Innenfläche des Deckels an, so daß die Begrenzungswand 16 in der Rille 20 in ihrer Lage gehalten wird.The inner groove 20 of the plate 12 is, however, capable of receiving the lower edge of the boundary wall 16. Man erhält auf diese Weise eine Art oben offener Wanne von bestimmtem Volumen, deren Boden durch den Teller 12 und deren Seitenwände durch die Begrenzungswand 16 gebildet sind. In dieser Wanne ist es möglich, die genannte Torte (in den Zeichnungsfiguren nicht gezeigt) in herkömmlicher Weise oder auch automatisch mit geeigneten Maschinen zu formen. Nach Beendigung der Herstellung der Torte genügt es, manuell oder automatisch den Deckel 14 aufzubringen; dies wird erreicht, indem man auf ihn eine Kraft ausübt, die ausreicht, daß sein unterer Rand in die äußere Rille 18 des Tellers 12 eintreten kann, wobei die Lippe 32 (Fig. 4) des Deckels 14 die Vorsprünge 22, die in der Rille selbst zugegen sind, überwinden muß.
