Die Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsstation für Call-Center.The invention relates to a workstation for call centers.

Zur Annahme von Kundenbestellungen benötigen Versandhäuser in zunehmendem Maße sogenannte Call-Center, also Abteilungen, die eine mehr oder weniger große Anzahl von Computer-Arbeitsplätzen umfassen. Sie sind mit Personen ausgestattet, welche über Internet, Telefon oder Telefax Bestellungen entgegennehmen, Kundenwünsche erfüllen und Anfragen erledigen. Hierzu sind die Arbeitsstationen mit den entsprechenden technischen Kommunikationseinrichtungen versehen. Der Platzbedarf solcher Großraumbüros ist beträchtlich, die gegenseitigen akustischen Störungen für die Mitarbeiter oft nur schwer erträglich. Gegenseitige, interne Kommunikation bei der Zusammenarbeit ist aber in solchen Zentralen unabdingbar. Die Verkabelung der Einrichtungen bei derartigen Büros ist technisch oft schwierig und ästhetisch meist unbefriedigend.To accept customer orders, mail order companies increasingly need so-called call centers, i.e. departments that include a greater or lesser number of computer workstations. Zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe wird von einer Arbeitsstation mit einem Gestell und einer daran befestigten Arbeitsplatte ausgegangen und gelöst wird die Aufgabe dadurch, daß das Gestell zwei vertikale, parallele und in geringem Abstand zueinander stehende Rahmen umfaßt, die Arbeitsplatte die beiden Rahmen horizontal durchsetzt und die Rahmen zusammen mit der Unterseite der Arbeitsplatte einen Installationsraum begrenzen. Die beiden parallelen Rahmen bilden die Voraussetzung für eine platzsparende und störungsarme Verzahnung der zwei Arbeitsplätze, wobei der Installationsraum die Aufnahme der Verkabelung gestattet.To solve the problem, we assume a workstation with a frame and a worktop attached to it. Claims

1. Workstation for call centres with a frame and a worktop attached thereto, characterized in that

1. the frame comprises two vertical, parallel frames ( 4 , 5 ) which are spaced apart ( 8 ) from each other,

2. the worktop ( 2 ) passes through the two frames ( 4 , 5 ) horizontally, and

3. the frames ( 4 , 5 ) together with the underside ( 11 ) of the worktop ( 2 ) delimit an installation space ( 12 ).

2. Work station according to claim 1, characterized in that the frames ( 4 , 5 ) are U-shaped, with their U-backs ( 6 ) running parallel and at a distance above the worktop ( 2 ).

3. Work station according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the depth of the worktop ( 2 ) exceeds the distance ( 8 ) between the two frames ( 4 , 5 ) by at least five times.

4. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the center of the worktop ( 2 ) lies between the two frames ( 4 , 5 ).

5. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a foot cross member ( 3 ) is attached at right angles to the lower end of each frame ( 4 , 5 ).

6. Work station according to claim 5, characterized in that the foot cross members ( 3 ) are formed by two parallel bands ( 9 ) between which terminal adjustable feet ( 10 ) are located.

7. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that in the region of the lower ends of the frames ( 4 , 5 ) a floor ( 14 ) closing off the installation space ( 12 ) is inserted between the frames ( 4 , 5 ).

8. Work station according to claim 7, characterized in that installation openings ( 15 ) are provided in the floor ( 14 ).

9. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that wall parts ( 16 ) closing off the installation space ( 12 ) at the front are inserted below the worktop ( 2 ) between the two frames ( 4 , 5 ).

Work station according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a door frame ( 17 ) serving as a closure of the installation space ( 12 ) and carrying at least one horizontally displaceable roller shutter door ( 19 ) is inserted into each of the two frames (4, 5 ) below the worktop ( 2 ).

11. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that in each of the two frames ( 4 , 5 ) above the worktop ( 2 ) at least one panel ( 20 ) is provided.

12. Work station according to claim 11, characterized in that the panel ( 20 ) is designed as a blind.

13. Work station according to claim 11, characterized in that an acoustic insulation panel is used as the panel ( 20 ).

14. Work station according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that an installation pipe ( 21 ) is arranged between the two frames ( 4 , 5 ), which stands on the edge ( 22 ) of a hole ( 23 ) provided in the worktop and projects beyond the U-backs ( 6 ) of the frames ( 4 , 5 ).

15. Work station according to claim 14, characterized in that two cable slots ( 24 ) cut into the worktop ( 2 ) extend from the hole ( 23 ).
